At Luxe-Tailor, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please carefully review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy varies depending on local laws:
- United States: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- European Union (including France): 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Other Countries: Return eligibility is subject to local consumer protection laws.
We recommend checking the regulations applicable in your country.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Any items showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
- Each returned item will undergo meticulous inspection to confirm its condition and authenticity.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Products that show evidence of tampering or misuse.
- Gift cards, sale items, or promotional items.
Inspection and Approval Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected:
- We will verify that it is the original item shipped to you.
- You will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your return.
Note: Any discrepancies or signs of use may result in a partial refund or denial of the request.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Refunds for sale or promotional items are not available.
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card provider for updates.
- Contact your bank to verify processing times.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you believe your product qualifies, contact us at contact@luxe-tailor.com for further instructions.

Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
- For valuable items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
